• Q. Should I book via the website or via Airbnb, VRBO or Booking.com? 
  A. Website!  Our prices on the website are up to 15% cheaper (and often more) than the prices listed on these other platforms.  The service and product you receive is identical.  Our last minute discount is also exclusively offered on the website (which can give you up to 30% off Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com prices. 
  
  
  
• Q. How far is Peppy Beach from .....?   
  A. Click the "Location" tab for details and drive times.
  
  
  
• Q. Do you provide linen and towels? 
  A. Yes, we provide linen and bath towels for all guests.  Please bring your own beach towels though. 
  
  
  
• Q. Can I have a early check in / late check out?
  A. Potentially... we'll do our best but our cleaners are busy and we can't offer alterations when there are same day turnarounds. Any substantial changes to the check in or out times will also incur additional fees. 
  
  
  
• Q. Are there shops in Peppy Beach?
  A. The Peppy Beach Holiday Park has a small shop with some limited such as milk, water, snacks and alcohol, but we recommend guests do their large shop at Bunbury (if coming from the North) or Busselton (if coming from the South).  Capel is 10 minutes away and has a large IGA supermarket too.
  
  
  
• Q. Can I bring my doggo?
  A. Yes. Although our properties are fenced, not all dogs can be contained equally.  We also charge a flat $80 pet fee for the entire stay regardless of how many dogs to cover additional cleaning costs. 
  
  
  
• Q. Do you provide baby/infant facilities?
  A. Some. We have a port-a-cot, baby highchair and a baby bath, but it's best to check with us before you book and we'll be happy to discuss whether they are suitable.  
  
  
  
• Q. Can we see more information about the properties and the bedroom layouts etc.?
  A. Yep! We send guests a virtual 'guest module' one week before check-in, but if you would like to plan your trip earlier than that please email us on peppy.beach.retreats@gmail.com and request a PDF version of the guest module with the check-in details redacted for security reasons. 
  
  
• Q. Can we discuss our enquiry over the phone?
  A. Sure! Please call or text us on +61478 452 223 or +61438 077 426. We are often overseas so contact via Whatsapp is preferred if possible. Otherwise, please just send us an enquiry, email to peppy.beach.retreats@gmail.com, or contact us via Instagram and we'll respond to you typically within a few minutes!
