Access Our Guest Portal 

For current guests or guests arriving in the next week, you now have access our virtual Guest Portal (house guide) containing all the information you need to have a wonderful stay, such as Wi-Fi details, host contact details, bedding configuration, appliance / entertainment instructions, house policies, and check-out instructions.

Simply follow these links (or scan the QR codes below) and enter the booking reference provided to the primary guest. The booking reference has six letters, such as "ABCDEF".  You can access the Guest Portal via a website link only or via downloading an app. If you download the app via Android or Apple (IOS) you can access the information without connecting to the internet, so we suggest you do that:

PLANNING YOUR PEPPY EXPERIENCE MORE THAN A WEEK AWAY?

You will receive a link to our Guest Portal (house guide) approximately one week before your check-in, but we appreciate you may wish to plan your stay earlier than that.  If so, send us an email and request to receive a PDF version of our Guest Portal for each of our three properties, which will include bedroom configurations, pre-arrival suggestions, parking information, and house policies and tips. The access details have been redacted but of course will be available in the link you receive one week before you arrive.
